With a heart for missions and evangelism, he has cast vision that TCC is to be a blessing in the community and around the world. Tim Smith // Administration Pastor
A keen attention to detail would describe Pastor Tim's work and personality as the TCC Administrative Pastor. Handling all the financial and facility operations of TCC, Pastor Tim continues to keep things running smoothly throughout the fiscal year. Pastor Tim continues to be a blessing not only in our own church, but around the world. He lead TCC to fund building projects in Tanzania that included a church building and a well.

The children's ministry department at Tracy Community is not only extremely important, but very exciting as well. This is due in large part to Pastor Mitch Jenkins. Pastor Mitch has a fun loving, energetic personality and has a knack for storytelling that all the kids love. Coordinating children's events such as Sunday School, Kid Central, the Harvest Carnival, Easter Eggstraveganza, and Kid's Kamp, Pastor Mitch is always busy ministering to our TCC kids.

Sam Crivello // Pastor of Student Ministries
Pastor Sam leads junior high and high school youths in Leading Edge Youth Ministries. Providing them a worship environment that speaks to their generation and delivering God's powerful word through sermon, Pastor Sam challenges youths to take that next step in their relationship with Christ. Pastor Sam also spearheads the Tracy youth event The Spot and the annual youth retreat, Snow Camp.

You can see Pastor Mike Darretta serving in a Sunday School classroom most of the time. As the Discipleship Pastor, his main focus is to educate our members in the knowledge of God's word. Pastor Mike heads up the Master Builder's Academy which has many courses for in depth bible study, marital growth, financial training, grief counseling and more.

Sarah Grasso // Young Adult Pastor
Sarah serves in leading young adults to find their footing and identity in Christ as they go through the early stages of adulthood. As she pastors the group Relevance, Pastor Sarah puts a different spin on church at TCC by delivering conversational style messages that young adults can identify with and relate to.

Chris Howard serves as the Technical Ministries Director at TCC. Sunday mornings you'll most likely see him leading worship or playing in the worship band. During the week however, you'll find him working on Sunday videos, presentation media, or the TCC and WVCA Web sites. When he is not in the church office, you can find him teaching music, computers, and yearbook at WVCA.
